Ingots na LiTaO₃ (Lithium Tantalate) suna wakiltar kayan piezoelectric da ferroelectric masu inganci waɗanda aka san su da kyawawan halayen piezoelectric, kwanciyar hankali na zafi, da halayen gani, wanda hakan ya sa su zama dole ga matatun ruwa na saman acoustic wave (SAW), masu kunna sauti na babban acoustic wave (BAW), masu gano infrared, da masu daidaita haske.     Ingot na LiTaO₃ - Muhimman Halaye

    1. Mafi kyawun Ayyukan Piezoelectric & Acoustic 

    Babban ma'aunin piezoelectric (d₃₃~8 pC/N): Yana aiki fiye da LiNbO₃ (~6 pC/N), yana ba da damar matatun SAW/BAW masu yawan mita tare da asarar sakawa mai ƙarancin yawa (<1.2 dB) don 5G RF frontends.

    Ana ƙera ingots na LiTaO₃ ta amfani da Ta₂O₅ mai tsarki (≥99.999%) da kuma hanyar Czochralski (CZ) da aka inganta, wanda hakan ke cimma: 

    Yawan lahani mai ƙarancin yawa (ɓacewa <500 cm⁻², haɗe-haɗe ≤5/cm³)  

    Bambancin juriyar axial/radial <5% (tabbatar da daidaito tsakanin tsari-zuwa-baki)  

    Daidaiton yanayin yankewa na X/Y/Z ±0.5° (biyan buƙatun daidaiton matakin na'urar SAW)  

    2. Mafi kyawun Piezoelectric da Thermal Performance 

    Babban ma'aunin piezoelectric (d₃₃~8 pC/N), sama da 30% fiye da LiNbO₃, ya dace da ƙirar matattarar BAW mai yawan mita

    2. Ma'aunin Aiki:

    Bandwidth na Tace SAW: >1.28 GHz (idan aka kwatanta da 0.8 GHz ga LiTaO3), mai mahimmanci ga 5G mmWave madaukai.

    Keke Mai Zafi: Yana tsira daga -200–500°C tare da warpage na <0.05%, an tabbatar da shi a gwajin LiDAR na mota.
